Hello!
I am Regina
I know something about changing direction.
I spent much of my life as a doctor, building a career I had worked hard for. But life doesn't always follow the plan we carefully create for it — and neither did mine.
Over the years, I've started again more than once. I moved countries, changed careers, became a coach and speaker, and at 57 bought my first horse while still very much a beginner.
What I've learned is that reinvention doesn't begin when you have everything figured out. It begins when you become curious enough to ask what you want next — and brave enough to take the first step.
Today, I help others do exactly that.
